Information you provide
Account features ask for information such as an email address, password, and optional name. Saved-player boards and saved reports associate the selections you make with your account. If you email us, your email provider delivers the message, sender details, and any attachments you choose to include. Avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
How information is used
Account information supports sign-in, access controls, and account-linked features. Saved selections support the player board and report workspace. Messages are used to respond to questions, investigate corrections, and handle account or privacy requests. Hosting and authentication services process information needed to provide those functions.
Cookies and browser storage
Sign-in uses cookies to maintain and refresh an authenticated session. Browser storage may also be used by site features and external services. You can remove cookies or change permissions in your browser; doing so may sign you out or affect saved preferences. Signing out and clearing browser data are different from requesting deletion of account information.
Google advertising

Account and privacy requests
Email prestigearea@gmail.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account. Include the account email and the nature of the request, not your password. We may need to verify that a request concerns your account. Deleting browser cookies does not by itself delete information stored with your account.
Information held by an external provider may be governed by that provider's retention practices and obligations. Contact us if you need details about the handling of a particular account record or message rather than assuming that closing a browser removes it.
